Pollini: Ice Cracker FW 2023

Concept & Tactile Exploration

In collaboration with E-photo's art direction, we led the 3D campaign for the third edition of Pollini's Ice Cracker, reinterpreting the trekking boot's imagery through a contemporary, sculptural lens. The visual takes shape through a close, material exploration of the product: the shine of the golden hooks, the warmth of the lining, and the contrast between the density of the fur and the solidity of the polyurethane sole come together to tell the story of a perfect synthesis between craftsmanship and technical performance built for extreme temperatures.

Technical Crafting & Simulation

The visual execution centers on the tactile realism of surfaces and the dynamics of materials. Modeled and animated in Cinema 4D, the shoe draws on the power of Substance Painter for texture fidelity and the precision of Ornatrix for photorealistic fur rendering. The atmosphere and perception of environmental elements were enriched with dynamic simulations in xParticles, building a solid visual narrative where even functional details, like the certified Alpi OCsystem® anti-slip system, become pure elements of aesthetic expression.
